FloFit Overview

FloFit is physical training that connects and balances mind and body. It connects the left and right sides of our mind and body through a unique synthesis of eastern and western training techniques.

It’s method is 4 fold:
1) FloFit’s multisport coordination training
2) tai chi exercises that develop left right connection and co-ordination
3) FloFit’s unique core strengthening program
4) Kung Fu stretching and conditioning

And most importantly FloFit is fun! The FloFit technique is games oriented and done to high-energy music.

FloFit has the unique ability of un-locking one’s coordinative potential by connecting mind and body through a training system that connects eastern training secrets to western skill games. The effect upon my coordination has been amazing. I've transformed my co-ordination from a decidedly right side dominant person, into a left-right balanced athlete. The resulting effect has been an improved ability to throw, shoot, kick, pass and receive with both my left and right hands and feet. The sum result of which has been a dramatic improvement in my co-ordination, amazingly in my 30’s.The reason stems from 3 areas of improvement: 1) flexibility 2) breath 3) left/right side activation and connection. The effect of this training was to improve my athletic performance at a time in my life when it is supposed to be in decline: my 30’s, and still improving as I near 40. The effects upon students has been amazing, from scholarship athletes to over hyper tots to un-co-coordinated adults the training effect has been an improvement in their coordinative skill level.
